Description
We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, advertisements, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Edit raw video footage into professional and engaging content.
Create videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, Shorts, Facebook, and other social-media platforms.
Add music, sound effects, transitions, subtitles, graphics, and visual effects.
Perform basic color correction, color grading, and audio enhancement.
Work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements.
Ensure videos are consistent with the company’s brand identity and style.
Make revisions based on feedback and deliver final videos within deadlines.
Organize and manage video footage, project files, and digital assets.
Stay updated with the latest video-editing trends, formats, and social-media content styles.
Handle multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Video Editor or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of video-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
Good understanding of video editing, storytelling, pacing, transitions, and composition.
Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects is an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of color grading and sound editing.
Strong creative and visual skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A portfolio or samples of previous video-editing work is preferred.
