We are looking for an experienced and confident female Telecaller to communicate with prospective customers, handle enquiries, explain services, and generate leads through effective telephone communication.



Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries.

• Explain courses, products, and services.

• Follow up with interested customers and leads.

• Maintain daily calling reports and customer databases.

• Achieve assigned calling targets.

• Build positive relationships with customers.

• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.



Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills.

• Fluency in Tamil and basic English.

• Good convincing and negotiation abilities.

• Confidence in handling telephone conversations.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Customer-handling and follow-up skills.



Eligibility

• Female candidates only.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Any Degree.

• 1–2 years of telecalling experience required.

• Experience in educational institutions or customer service preferred.
