Key Responsibilities
Outbound/Inbound Sales: Call potential/existing customers to promote products, generate leads, and close deals.
Customer Support: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
Data Management: Accurately update, maintain, and manage customer interaction records in CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, or monthly KPIs related to call volume, talk time, and sales conversion.
Requirements for the Best Team
Skills: Strong persuasive, interpersonal, and active listening skills.
Language: Excellent verbal communication in required languages (e.g., English, local languages)
Key Performance Indicators, Number of calls made, Conversion rate/Sales closed, Average handling time , Customer satisfaction score Data accuracy
