Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Trainer to design and deliver technical training programs for employees, students, or customers. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver technical training programs, workshops, and hands-on sessions.
Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, assignments, lab exercises, and assessments.
Deliver training on programming languages, software tools, technologies, and IT concepts.
Conduct practical demonstrations and real-world projects.
Assess participants' technical knowledge and provide constructive feedback.
Customize training content based on learner skill levels and organizational requirements.
Conduct online and classroom-based training sessions.
Monitor learner progress and maintain training records.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
Collaborate with technical and management teams to identify training requirements.
Support trainees in troubleshooting technical problems and completing projects.
Continuously improve training programs based on learner feedback and performance.
Technical Skills
Depending on the training specialization, knowledge of technologies such as:
Java / Python / .NET / JavaScript
Spring Boot / React / Angular
SQL and Database Management
Linux and System Administration
Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP
DevOps – Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
