Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good teaching and mentoring abilities.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
Good knowledge of MS Office and training tools.
Ability to conduct both online and classroom training.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant technical certifications or training experience will be an added advantage.
Preferred Technical Areas
Java / Python / .NET / Web Development / Data Science / AI & ML / Cloud Computing / Software Testing / CAD & Engineering Tools
