WE ARE HIRING SYSTEM ADMIN

We are looking for a skilled and reliable System Administrator to manage, maintain, and secure the organization's IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the availability, performance, and security of servers, networks, systems, and user devices.



Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, computers, and network equipment.

Monitor system performance, network availability, and IT infrastructure.

Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and security policies.

Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.

Perform regular system backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.

Install software, security updates, patches, and system upgrades.

Maintain antivirus, firewall, and other cybersecurity solutions.

Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, email systems, and user access where applicable.

Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and asset records.

Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.

Provide technical support and guidance to employees.

Ensure systems comply with organizational IT and security policies.



Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in system administration or IT support.

Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.

Experience with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.

Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365.

Experience with backup, monitoring, and security tools.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.



Preferred Skills:

Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.

Basic scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft, or CCNA.
