Key Responsibilities
Subject Expertise
Provide expert knowledge and guidance in the assigned subject or domain.
Research and stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices.
Answer technical or subject-related queries from internal teams and clients.
Act as the primary resource for subject-specific information.
Content Development
Create, review, and update training materials, manuals, presentations, and documentation.
Develop educational content, assessments, and learning resources.
Ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry standards.
Proofread and validate technical documents before publication.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing programs.
Mentor junior employees and support skill development initiatives.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
