The ideal candidate should have expertise in content creation, graphic design, video editing, social media management, and digital marketing to enhance brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and generate business leads.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, carousels, videos, and infographics.

Write creative captions, hashtags, and promotional content.

Develop content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals.

Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.

Graphic Design & Video Editing

Design high-quality graphics, banners, posters, and promotional materials.

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media platforms.

Create motion graphics and basic animations where required.

Optimize creative assets for different social media channels.

Social Media Management

Manage company accounts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other platforms.

Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.

Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

Respond to customer inquiries and maintain an active online presence.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and creative skills may also apply.
