Description
We are seeking a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction and site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate will coordinate workers, contractors, and materials while maintaining quality standards and meeting project deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Site Supervision
Supervise daily construction and site operations.
Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per approved plans and schedules.
Assign tasks to workers and subcontractors.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Project Coordination
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, contractors, and clients.
Monitor material availability and arrange timely procurement.
Ensure machinery and tools are available and functioning properly.
Assist in planning daily and weekly work schedules.
Quality Control
Inspect work to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or engineering projects.
Candidates with strong site supervision experience may also be considered.
