Description
We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and results-oriented Retail Manager to oversee retail operations, drive sales performance, manage store teams, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily retail operations across the store.
Lead, motivate, and supervise the retail team.
Develop strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
Manage inventory, stock levels, replenishment, and stock accuracy.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints effectively.
Monitor product displays, pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, training, and performance.
Monitor cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
Prepare and analyze sales, inventory, and operational reports.
Maintain store standards, cleanliness, safety, and company policies.
Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, marketing, and other departments.
Control operational expenses and support cost-saving initiatives.
Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and retail procedures.
Stay updated on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Retail Manager, Store Manager, or in a similar retail leadership role.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of retail operations, sales, and inventory management.
Strong customer-service and communication skills.
Good understanding of sales targets, KPIs, and performance reporting.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in staff training and performance management.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
