Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management: Initiating, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.

Needs Assessment: Conducting in-depth assessments to understand client requirements and advising them on suitable offerings.

Customer Support: Addressing client concerns and resolving issues to ensure high satisfaction



.Key Qualifications

Education: A degree and Diploma in management, marketing, communication, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a Relationship Manager, Customer Service, or similar role.
