Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Quality Checker to inspect products, materials, or work processes and ensure they meet the company's quality standards. The ideal candidate should have strong observation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to identify and report quality issues accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, finished products, and work processes for quality.
Check products against company specifications and quality standards.
Identify defects, damages, errors, or deviations.
Record inspection results and maintain quality-related documentation.
Separate and report defective or non-conforming products.
Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.
Conduct regular quality checks during production and before dispatch.
Ensure products meet customer and company requirements.
Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Assist in identifying recurring quality problems and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the inspection area.
Prepare basic quality reports for supervisors or management.
Required Qualifications:
10th / 12th / Diploma or Bachelor's degree, depending on the industry.
0–3 years of experience in quality inspection or a related field.
Good observation and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to identify defects and quality deviations.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to follow instructions, checklists, and quality procedures.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) practices.
Experience with inspection tools and measuring instruments where applicable.
Knowledge of ISO standards is an advantage.
Ability to prepare inspection reports.
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or service industries is preferred.
