Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Python Trainer to deliver high-quality training in Python programming to students, fresh graduates, and working professionals. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python programming, object-oriented programming, web development, data analysis, and basic automation, along with excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Instruction
Deliver classroom, online, and hands-on training sessions on Python programming.
Teach Python fundamentals, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), data structures, file handling, exception handling, modules, and packages.
Conduct coding labs, workshops, and practical programming sessions.
Evaluate trainee performance through assignments, coding exercises, projects, and assessments.
Course Development
Develop lesson plans, training materials, presentations, coding exercises, and project assignments.
Update course content based on the latest Python versions and industry trends.
Design real-world projects and case studies for practical learning.
Prepare training schedules and assessment plans.
Student Mentoring
Guide students in developing Python-based projects.
Provide technical support and resolve coding-related queries.
Conduct mock interviews, coding challenges, and career guidance sessions.
Help students improve logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Technical Support
Train students on Python libraries and frameworks.
Introduce version control using Git and GitHub.
Guide trainees in debugging, testing, and code optimization.
Encourage participation in coding competitions and certification programs.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain attendance records, trainee progress reports, and assessment records.
Prepare training completion reports and certification documentation.
Collect student feedback and recommend curriculum improvements.
Maintain training lab systems and software.
Collaboration
Coordinate with academic teams, placement officers, and technical staff.
Participate in curriculum development and faculty meetings.
Stay updated with the latest Python technologies and industry practices.
Conduct seminars, workshops, and technical awareness sessions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
1–5 years of experience in Python development or Python training.
Freshers with strong Python knowledge, projects, and teaching aptitude may also apply.
