Description
Python Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Python for backend development and modern frontend technologies. The role involves working across the complete software development lifecycle, developing APIs and database solutions, building responsive user interfaces, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
Develop scalable and secure backend applications using Python.
Build RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
Work with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Design, develop, and optimize databases using MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
Implement authentication, authorization, and application security features.
Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Use Git/GitHub/GitLab or similar version-control systems for source-code management.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and project managers.
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines where required.
Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.
Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
Prepare technical documentation and maintain project-related records.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and software development practices.
Required Skills
Backend
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
Strong knowledge of REST API development.
Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security.
Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and software design principles.
Frontend
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Understanding of responsive web design.
Familiarity with frontend state management and API integration.
Database
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of SQL, database design, queries, joins, indexing, and optimization.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB is an advantage.
Tools & DevOps
Experience with Git and Git-based platforms.
Knowledge of Docker and containerization is an advantage.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and deployment processes.
Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms is preferred.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in full-stack web development preferred.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and web development frameworks.
Fresh graduates with strong project experience may be considered for junior positions.
