We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and customer-focused Patient Organizer to coordinate patient appointments, registrations, admissions, and overall patient flow while ensuring a seamless healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, assisting them throughout their hospital or clinic visit and coordinating with doctors, nurses, and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Coordination

Welcome and assist patients and their attendants upon arrival.

Guide patients through registration, consultation, diagnostic tests, admission, and discharge processes.

Coordinate appointments with doctors and specialists.

Ensure smooth patient flow to minimize waiting times.

Registration & Documentation

Register new patients and update existing patient records.

Verify patient identity, insurance details, and required documents.

Maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Information System (HIS) or Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information.
