WE ARE HIRING NETWORK ADMINISTOR

We are looking for a skilled Network Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot the organization’s network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring network availability, performance, security, and reliability while supporting users and resolving network-related issues.



Key Responsibilities

Configure, manage, and maintain LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network infrastructure.

Install and configure routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and other network devices.

Monitor network performance, availability, and security.

Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity, hardware, and performance issues.

Manage IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, and routing.

Configure and maintain network security policies, firewall rules, and VPN connections.

Perform network upgrades, backups, and preventive maintenance.

Monitor network logs and investigate security or performance issues.

Provide technical support to users for network-related problems.

Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, configurations, and asset records.

Coordinate with Internet Service Providers and external vendors when required.

Implement network security best practices and assist with security audits.

Participate in disaster recovery and business continuity activities.

Ensure network infrastructure complies with company policies and IT standards.



Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in network administration or IT infrastructure.

Good knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VPN, NAT, routing, and switching.

Experience with Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, Sophos, TP-Link, or similar networking equipment.

Knowledge of network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.

Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments.

Understanding of network security, firewalls, and access control.

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
