We are seeking a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain modern web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) technology stack. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, experience in full-stack development, and the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

Application Development

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack.

Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.

Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.

Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and databases.

Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.

Database Management

Design and manage MongoDB databases and collections.

Optimize database queries for performance and scalability.

Ensure data security, integrity, and backup procedures.

Testing & Debugging

Troubleshoot and debug application issues.

Perform unit, integration, and functional testing.

Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability.

Fix bugs and deploy updates efficiently.

Version Control & Deployment

Use Git for source code management and collaboration.

Participate in code reviews and implement feedback.

Deploy applications to cloud platforms or web servers.

Monitor application performance and resolve production issues.

Collaboration

Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and project managers.

Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.

Document technical specifications and development processes.

Stay updated with emerging web technologies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in MERN Stack development.

Freshers with strong project experience and GitHub portfolios may also apply.
