Description
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-oriented Marketing Executive to support the company’s marketing activities, generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, knowledge of marketing strategies, and the ability to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote company products and services.
Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitors.
Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns, events, exhibitions, and marketing activities.
Manage social media platforms and coordinate content creation and posting.
Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, and promotional content.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and customer conversion.
Contact potential customers and communicate company products/services.
Monitor marketing campaigns and analyze their performance.
Maintain customer and lead databases.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and marketing partners.
Assist in digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
Prepare regular marketing activity and performance reports for management.
Maintain awareness of competitor activities and recommend new marketing opportunities.
Support the company in achieving marketing and business development targets.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate; degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience in marketing, business development, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Freshers with good communication and marketing skills may also apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, social media, and digital marketing.
Creative thinking and problem-solving ability.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Willingness to travel for marketing activities when required.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
