We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and monitor marketing activities that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support business growth. Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Promotion
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
Increase brand awareness through online and offline promotional activities.
Coordinate advertising, promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns.
Develop marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
Digital Marketing
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Support SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns.
Coordinate with graphic designers and content creators for promotional materials.
Monitor digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns.
Lead Generation & Sales Support
Generate quality leads through marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into customers.
Conduct market visits and promotional activities to increase business opportunities.
Build relationships with prospective customers and business partners.
Market Research
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Analyze campaign performance and customer feedback.
Prepare market intelligence reports and recommend improvement strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and target audiences.
Event Management
Organize product launches, seminars, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Coordinate event logistics and promotional materials.
Represent the company at marketing events and networking opportunities.
Ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing reports.
Track campaign performance, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
Maintain marketing databases and customer information.
Ensure timely reporting to management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, business development, or digital marketing.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing are encouraged to apply.
