Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Manager to oversee daily operations, manage employees, achieve business targets, and ensure smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise day-to-day business operations.
Lead, motivate, and monitor team members to achieve company targets.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to employees and monitor performance.
Develop and implement operational plans and business strategies.
Monitor sales, marketing, customer service, and operational activities.
Set team targets and track progress against goals.
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
Ensure proper coordination between different departments.
Handle customer issues, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Monitor expenses, resources, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management.
Identify business opportunities and recommend improvements.
Ensure company policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed.
Train and mentor employees to improve productivity and performance.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development when required.
Maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
3–7+ years of relevant management experience preferred.
Strong leadership and team-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making and problem-solving ability.
Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and business reporting.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Target-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
Willingness to travel when required.
