We are hiring A Laboratory Supervisor manages daily lab operations, staff, and safety protocols to ensure accurate and efficient testing. They are responsible for training personnel, maintaining equipment, and upholding regulatory compliance. ResponsibilitiesStaff Management: Supervise, schedule, and train lab technicians. Conduct performance evaluations and manage workloads.Quality Assurance: Ensure all testing processes meet strict company and industry standards. Review results for accuracy and reliability.Compliance & Safety: Uphold health and safety protocols (including hazardous material handling) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards

RequirementsEducation: A Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, or a closely related health/science field.Experience: Previous supervisory or leadership experience combined with proven hands-on laboratory experience.Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of lab best practices, QHSE systems, and data-entry software.Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills to resolve issues quickly.
