Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, payroll support, performance management, statutory compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills to support the company's workforce and foster a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR interviews and support the selection process.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries and provide HR support.
Maintain positive employee relations and promote a healthy workplace culture.
Handle employee grievances and assist in conflict resolution.
Organize employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
Attendance & Payroll Support
Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing.
Maintain employee records related to attendance, leave, and benefits.
HR Administration
Maintain employee personal files and HR documentation.
Update HR databases and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Prepare HR reports, employee letters, and official documents.
Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes.
Track probation confirmations and employee performance reviews.
Assist managers in implementing performance improvement plans.
Compliance
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Maintain statutory records related to employment.
Support internal and external HR audits.
Training & Development
Coordinate employee training programs and learning initiatives.
Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
Identify skill development needs in collaboration with department heads.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (Freshers with strong HR knowledge may also apply).
