Description
A Store Executive oversees daily store operations, inventory management, and customer relations. In retail, they manage sales, staff, and displays. In manufacturing or corporate sectors, they track stock, handle supply chain logistics, and operate ERP systems. Responsibilities Inventory Control:
Track stock levels, conduct audits, and minimize the risk of overstocking or stockouts.
Operations & Logistics: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods, matching invoices against Purchase Orders.
Customer Service: Address inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Reporting: Generate daily and weekly reports on sales, inventory consumption, and pending orders.
