A Chit Funds Manager oversees the end-to-end operations of chit schemes, driving customer acquisition, timely collection of subscriptions, and smooth monthly auctions. They ensure strict legal compliance with the Chit Funds Act, manage prize money disbursements, and mentor field and collection staff to meet branch targets.



Responsibilities

Chit Operations & Auctions: Manage the lifecycle of chit groups, supervise monthly bidding, and declare dividends in a transparent manner.

Collections & Recovery: Track member contributions, manage prized/non-prized dues, and minimize defaults through aggressive follow-ups.

Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all activities adhere to state-specific Chit Fund regulations, complete KYC onboarding, and maintain precise records for statutory audits.

Customer Relationship: Address subscriber queries, explain scheme benefits, and process prompt prize money disbursements.

Business Development: Devise marketing strategies to en
