Description
We are seeking an experienced and trustworthy Chit Fund Manager to oversee chit fund operations, manage customer relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, conduct auctions, and achieve business growth targets. The ideal candidate should have strong financial knowledge, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to manage subscribers and ensure smooth fund operations.Key Responsibilities
Chit Fund Operations
Manage day-to-day chit fund activities and branch operations.
Conduct chit auctions and ensure transparent bidding processes.
Monitor subscriber payments, collections, and fund disbursements.
Ensure timely completion of all chit-related transactions.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with subscribers and prospective customers.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
Promote customer retention and satisfaction.
Guide customers on chit fund schemes and investment benefits.
Business Development
Identify opportunities to increase subscriptions and business growth.
Promote new chit fund schemes and financial products.
Achieve branch revenue and subscriber acquisition targets.
Develop marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Collection & Recovery
Monitor monthly collections and outstanding payments.
Follow up with defaulting subscribers for payment recovery.
Ensure collection targets are achieved within specified timelines.
Coordinate legal or recovery actions when necessary.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure compliance with chit fund regulations and company policies.
Verify subscriber documentation and KYC requirements.
Maintain accurate records of subscribers, auctions, and transactions.
Prepare reports for audits and regulatory inspections.
Team Management
Supervise collection executives, customer service staff, and branch employees.
Assign targets and monitor employee performance.
Conduct staff training and development programs.
Maintain discipline and productivity within the branch.
Reporting & Administration
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Monitor branch performance and financial results.
Report key business metrics to senior management.
Ensure efficient branch administration and resource management.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in chit funds, banking, finance, NBFCs, collections, or financial services.
Prior experience in branch operations or team management is preferred.
