Description
We are looking for a friendly, patient, and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, resolve issues, provide product or service information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries through phone, email, chat, and social media.
Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely solutions.
Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward effective resolution.
Provide information about company products, services, pricing, processes, and policies.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved.
Escalate complex technical or service-related issues to the appropriate department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions.
Update customer information and support tickets in CRM/helpdesk systems.
Coordinate with technical, sales, operations, and other internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Meet assigned customer service and response-time targets.
Collect customer feedback and share recurring issues with management.
Maintain a professional and positive attitude during customer interactions.
Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Patience and a professional approach when handling difficult customers.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Basic computer and internet skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
