Description
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Crew Member to support daily operations and provide excellent service to customers. The ideal candidate should be a team player with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer requests.
Support daily operational activities as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the workplace.
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Handle customer orders, requests, or transactions accurately when required.
Prepare and maintain work areas, equipment, and supplies.
Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Report operational issues or customer concerns to the supervisor.
Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
Assist with opening and closing duties when required.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, food service, or a similar role is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good time-management and organizational skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays when required.
Physically fit and able to perform assigned operational duties.
Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety procedures.
