WE ARE HIRING COMPUTER OPERATOR

We are looking for a responsible and computer-savvy Computer Operator to manage day-to-day computer operations, data entry, documentation, and basic technical support. The ideal candidate should have good typing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently with office software.



Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry and update records in computer systems.

Prepare, format, print, scan, and organize documents.

Maintain digital and physical records and files.

Operate office computers, printers, scanners, and other equipment.

Enter and verify information in databases and spreadsheets.

Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other office documents.

Manage emails and routine online correspondence.

Perform regular data backups and maintain data confidentiality.

Identify and report basic hardware or software issues.

Assist other departments with computer-related tasks.

Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and on time.



Required Qualifications:

Higher Secondary (12th) / Diploma / Bachelor's degree.

Basic knowledge of computers and office applications.

Good typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email.

Good data-entry and documentation skills.

Strong attention to detail.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.



Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Tally or other accounting software is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of internet and online applications.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
