Description
We are looking for a skilled and passionate CAD Faculty to train students and professionals in Computer-Aided Design software. The candidate will be responsible for delivering practical and theoretical training, guiding students through projects, and helping them develop industry-ready CAD skills.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on CAD software.
Teach AutoCAD 2D/3D and other relevant CAD tools.
Explain engineering drawings, drafting standards, dimensions, and layouts.
Provide hands-on training through real-time projects and assignments.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, exercises, and assessments.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Guide students in completing CAD projects and technical drawings.
Resolve students' technical doubts and provide individual support.
Stay updated with current CAD software, industry standards, and design practices.
Maintain attendance, training records, and student progress reports.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and CAD drafting concepts.
Good understanding of engineering drawings and drafting standards.
Practical knowledge of 2D/3D modelling and design.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Strong problem-solving and teaching abilities.
Knowledge of software such as Revit, SolidWorks, CATIA, Creo, Civil 3D, or RebarCAD will be an advantage.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or a related field.
Relevant CAD certification is an added advantage.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in CAD training, drafting, design, or a related industry.
Freshers with strong CAD skills and good communication can also be considered.
