Description
We are hiring Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in managing daily store operations, supervising employees, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.
Supervise, guide, and motivate store staff.
Support the achievement of sales and business targets.
Monitor stock levels, inventory, receiving, and replenishment.
Ensure proper product displays, pricing, and store presentation.
Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Assist with cash handling, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
Monitor employee attendance, schedules, and performance.
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and company standards.
Train and support new team members.
Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports.
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Take responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
Requirements
Previous experience in retail, sales, customer service, or store operations.
Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented.
Flexible to work weekends and holidays when required.
