Description
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in managing daily branch operations, achieving business targets, supervising employees, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role involves assisting with sales, operations, staff management, compliance, and overall branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Branch Manager in managing day-to-day branch operations.
Support the achievement of sales, revenue, and business targets.
Supervise, motivate, and guide branch employees.
Monitor employee performance and support staff training and development.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and service issues professionally.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor cash handling, documentation, inventory, and other operational activities as applicable.
Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly branch reports.
Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve operational issues.
Assist in implementing company strategies and promotional activities.
Maintain branch discipline, security, cleanliness, and professional standards.
Take charge of branch operations in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in branch operations, sales, retail, banking, or a related industry.
Previous supervisory or team-management experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of sales, customer service, and branch operations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer skills, including MS Office and reporting systems.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
