Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic App Developer Intern to join our technology team. The intern will assist in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining mobile applications while gaining hands-on experience with real-world app development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and maintaining mobile applications for Android and/or iOS.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable application code.
Support senior developers in implementing new features and functionality.
Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and user-friendly mobile interfaces.
Test applications for functionality, performance, usability, and compatibility.
Identify, troubleshoot, and fix basic bugs and technical issues.
Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party services into applications.
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
Use Git/GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
Assist with application updates, improvements, and maintenance.
Document development work, technical processes, and completed tasks.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and other team members.
Stay updated with new mobile development technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Basic programming knowledge in at least one language such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, Dart, JavaScript, or Python.
Basic understanding of mobile application development concepts.
Familiarity with Android Studio, Xcode, Flutter, React Native, or similar tools is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, databases, and Git/GitHub is preferred.
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
