WE ARE HIRING AI/ML DEVELOPER

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI/ML Developer to design, develop, deploy, and maintain Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions that solve real-world business problems. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with machine learning frameworks, data analysis, and model deployment, along with a passion for building intelligent and scalable applications.

Key Responsibilities

AI/ML Model Development

Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.

Build AI-powered applications for prediction, classification, recommendation, automation, and analytics.

Select appropriate algorithms based on business requirements and data characteristics.

Improve model accuracy through feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, and validation.

Data Processing & Analysis

Collect, clean, preprocess, and analyze structured and unstructured datasets.

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns and insights.

Develop data pipelines for training and inference.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Master's degree in AI, ML, Data Science, or a related specialization is an advantage.

1–3 years of experience in AI/ML development (Freshers with strong academic projects, internships, or GitHub portfolios may also apply).
