We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide students in choosing suitable courses, educational programs, and career paths. The candidate will interact with students and parents, understand their requirements, provide counselling, and support them throughout the admission process.



Key Responsibilities

Counsel students regarding courses, programs, and career opportunities.

Understand students’ academic interests, goals, and requirements.

Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission procedures.

Follow up with prospective students through calls, messages, and meetings.

Handle student and parent queries professionally.

Assist students throughout the admission and enrollment process.

Maintain student enquiry and admission records.

Coordinate with academic and admission teams.

Conduct counselling sessions and presentations when required.

Achieve assigned admission/enrollment targets.

Build positive relationships with students and parents.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good counselling and convincing abilities.

Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Customer/student relationship management skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
