A Mechanical Engineer Trainee assists senior engineers in designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems, learning to create drawings, analyze data, troubleshoot problems, and support production/manufacturing, focusing on hands-on experience with CAD software, prototyping, and safety compliance, preparing them for a full engineering role by mastering project lifecycles and documentation.

Key Responsibilities



Design & Development: Assist with designing components, creating 2D/3D models and technical drawings using CAD, and testing prototypes.

Analysis & Testing: Conduct performance tests, analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and perform calculations.

Production Support: Support daily operations, monitor machinery, help resolve production problems, and ensure quality/safety standards are met.

Documentation: Prepare reports, maintain records, manage drawing changes, and document processes.

Learning & Collaboration: Participate in training, learn new software, and work with teams (production, maintenance, quality) to achieve project goals.
