System administration: Install, configure, and maintain security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and anti-virus software.

Monitoring and analysis: Monitor network traffic and security logs in real-time to identify and respond to potential security threats and vulnerabilities.

Incident response: Lead or assist in responding to security breaches, and participate in disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
