Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently
Address guest inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred female candidates
Soft spoken with good communication skills.
Should handle and co ordinate appointments.
