Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
Address guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel, services, and local area.
Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is preferred.
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
Preferred female candidates
Soft spoken with good communication skills.
Should handle and co ordinate appointments.
