Description
Role overview:
▪️We’re hiring a hands-on Civil Project Manager to run site delivery for sports courts (turf, acrylic, PP tiles, civil bases).
▪️ You’ll lead vendors and contractors, manage schedules, and ensure projects finish on time, on spec and safe.
▪️This is a field-heavy role - strong on practical civil skills and project tools.
Key responsibilities
▪️Own end-to-end delivery of civil & flooring projects (planning → execution → handover).
Prepare, track and update project schedules, budgets and progress reports.
▪️Coordinate subcontractors, vendors and on-site teams; enforce quality and safety standards.
▪️Read and produce basic AutoCAD drawings / markups for site execution.
▪️Perform/verify dumpy levelling and other site survey checks; translate findings into action.
▪️Use project management tools to log tasks, risks and communications (MS Project / Primavera / Procore / Google Sheets or equivalent).
▪️Report project status to founders/ops and resolve on-site issues quickly.
▪️Drive timely procurement inputs and material inspections.
▪️Must-have skills & experience
▪️3+ years in civil/project management (sports infra, playgrounds, building sites or similar preferred).
▪️Practical experience with site surveying - dumpy levelling or equivalent.
▪️Basic Auto leveling , AutoCAD (site markups, simple layouts).
▪️Comfortable using PM tools (MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or structured Google Sheets workflows).
▪️Good Hindi (verbal & basic written) for coordinating with Hindi-speaking crews/vendors.
▪️Strong communication, problem-solving and vendor-management skills.
▪️Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel frequently for site visits.
