Description
* Reception Duties: Greet and assist clients, visitors and shareholders ensuring a great hospitality. Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments.
* Administrative Support: Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies.
* Records Management: Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
* Customer Service: Address customers inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
* Facility Management: Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-maintained. Report maintenance issues as necessary.
* Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences as needed.
