BuilderDeck is growing, and we're looking for a 3D Designer who can turn a client brief into a render that actually gets approved on the first look, not the fifth revision.
If you're the person who gets excited about sightlines, scale, and making a structure feel real before it's ever built, we want to talk to you.
๐ Role: 3D Designer - Exhibition Stands
๐ Location: Noida
๐ Type: Full-Time
What you'll be doing:
* Creating photorealistic 3D renders and walkthroughs for custom, modular, and double-decker exhibition stands
* Translating client briefs and floor plans into concepts that are both visually striking and genuinely buildable
* Collaborating closely with our production and project management teams to make sure every design is manufacturing-ready, not just presentation-ready
* Presenting concepts directly to clients and incorporating feedback quickly and professionally
* Staying sharp on booth trends, materials, and lighting techniques across global trade show markets
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience in 3D design for exhibition stands, retail environments, or architectural visualization
* Strong command of 3ds Max, SketchUp, Cinema 4D, or similar (V-Ray/Corona/similar rendering engines a big plus)
* An eye for scale, proportion, and real-world buildability โ not just pretty pictures
* Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines without sacrificing quality
* Bonus: experience designing for shows like CES, GITEX, Big 5, BIOFACH, or similar large-format exhibitions
Why BuilderDeck:
* Work on booths that show up at major shows across the US, Europe, and the Middle East
* Collaborative team, real creative ownership - your renders don't disappear into a pitch deck, they get built
* Competitive salary + growth path into senior design/creative direction roles
