RESPIRABLE DUST SAMPLER

The Serrax Technologies Respirable Dust Sampler – APM 560 is a high-performance environmental monitoring instrument designed for accurate measurement of respirable suspended particulate matter (RSPM) in ambient air. Built with a sturdy powder-coated aluminum cabinet, the sampler features an advanced digital flow controller that automatically maintains constant airflow using an electronically controlled mechanism with differential pressure sensing. The instrument provides stable flow rates from 0.8 to 1.4 m³/min and includes programmable timer functions with digital LCD display for continuous monitoring applications.



The APM 560 uses a cyclone-based particulate separation system to collect PM10 and respirable dust particles efficiently. Fine particles are collected on filter paper while coarse particles are separated and gathered in a collection cup. Equipped with a heavy-duty, low-noise blower operated through VFD control, the instrument ensures reliable long-duration operation with minimal maintenance. Ideal for ambient air quality monitoring, industrial pollution studies, environmental laboratories, research institutions, pollution control boards, construction site monitoring, mining areas, and regulatory compliance applications.
