Description
Across India, countless young women dream of leadership but face barriers to limited access, mentorship, career guidance, and essential life skills. These gaps hold back the potential that could transform communities.
The Link Women Fellowship Programme, an UN Women India initiative supported by LinkedIn India and implemented by Plan India, is breaking these barriers. Through intensive three-day orientation sessions in Indore and Mumbai, Fellows gained critical knowledge in Financial Literacy, POSH, and SRHR, and crafted actionable career plans. This isn’t just training, it’s empowerment in action
With structured mentorship, career linkages, and a roadmap for success, these women are stepping into leadership roles with confidence and purpose. They are ready to lead change, not just for themselves, but for generations to come.
Be part of this journey. Support programmes that advance equality and leadership for all girls and women
