Description
The IB Diploma Programme (IB DP) is a globally recognized and academically rigorous IB program designed for students aged 16 to 19. The IB Diploma prepares learners for success at leading universities worldwide by developing critical thinking, research skills, and international-mindedness. As part of the IB DP, students study six subject groups, known as IB Diploma subjects, which include Languages, Individuals and Societies, Sciences, Mathematics, and the Arts.
What makes the IB Diploma Programme unique is its holistic approach to education. In addition to academic subjects, the IB DP core consists of Theory of Knowledge (TOK), the Extended Essay (EE), and Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS). These components encourage independent learning, ethical reasoning, and real-world engagement.
