M3M Brabus Residences | Homes Designed for Families

M3M Brabus Residences is slated to be vast branded homes in Sector 58, Gurugram, on Golf Course Extension Road. The project is expected to have 4 BHK, 5 BHK, and penthouse residences, with sizes from around 5,000 sq. ft. to even more than 7,000 sq. ft. The expected launch price will be ₹19 Cr* and above. Some of the lifestyle amenities to be available here include the clubhouse and swimming pool. M3M Brabus Master Plan spans about 30 acres, out of which 88% area will be open space. AI-based home automation and BRABUS-inspired interiors will give a unique touch to the residences. Access towards Golf Course Road, SPR, and NH-48 will also be there in this project. Two residences per floor will be served by each elevator core, ensuring privacy for the residents. The registration with RERA is still pending, whereas the payment plan and possession date are yet to be disclosed.
