Terra Clean Ltd (TeCL), a wholly owned subsidiary of IndianOil Corporation, invites proposals for land aggregation to develop a 300 MW ISTS-connected solar project near the 220 kV Morena ISTS Substation in Madhya Pradesh. The tender includes a greenshoe option for an additional 300 MW capacity. Interested bidders must submit their bids by September 10, 2025; along with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹853,134 (via bank guarantee). The scope covers land aggregation and associated groundwork required to enable solar project development near the designated substation, with completion expected within nine months of receiving the work-order.
