Description
Terra Clean, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation, has issued an RFP for land aggregation for an ISTS-connected 300 MW solar power project near the 220 kV Morena substation in Madhya Pradesh. The tender includes a greenshoe option for an additional 300 MW capacity. The scope covers land aggregation and all related activities to facilitate solar project development. Bid submission and opening are scheduled for September 10, 2025, with an EMD of ₹853,134 payable via bank guarantee.
