Qualifications

Graduate (Any Degree)

Preferably with +3 years of work experience in a customer service role

Understanding of call center industry

Work experience in IT company is an advantage

Good listening skills with excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written)

Language: Must have: Telegu, English Hindi. Good to have: Kannada, Tamil

8 hours shift

Be Confident and willing to learn with a flair for knowledge. Possess an upbeat, positive can-do attitude & works with integrity

Job Role-

Candidate should be able to solve consumer issues

Explain the consumers about the various schemes running on client end

To make outbound calls for customers who we identify as customers facing queries and process the queries and request to customer’s satisfaction.

Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target)

Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.

Document & add new issues/solutions to Knowledge Management Repository
